Paying

What KinReply doesn’t do

Good to know up front.

  • It doesn’t message customers first. It only answers a comment or a message, and only within 24 hours.
  • Reply doesn’t answer inbox messages, except to continue a conversation it started.
  • On Instagram a private reply can only be text. Link buttons work on Facebook.
  • It doesn’t read your website. You add your price list and rules yourself, as a sheet, a file or text.
  • It doesn’t work with a private or personal Instagram account. The account has to be public and professional.

Questions about the plans

How many accounts can I connect?

Reply: one account, Instagram or Facebook. Smart: one Instagram and one Facebook account. Need more? We plan each extra Instagram or Facebook account as an add-on at $4.99 a month per account, on any plan.

Which platforms does it work on?

Only Instagram and Facebook, on comments and messages.

Does the AI see my supplier prices?

No. Columns like “purchase price” or “margin” are detected and dropped before anything reaches the AI. The same goes for entries you mark as internal.

How do I cancel or delete my account?

Cancel whenever you like. The subscription runs to the end of the period you paid for and stops there. You can also delete your account: deletion becomes final after 7 days, so you can change your mind until then.
